Service Description

This service description specifies the scope of services pursuant to § 2 of the Terms of Service.
1. Subject of Services
The provider makes an API gateway service available to the customer, through which various interfaces and services can be used. The current scope of services is described on the provider's website and in the technical documentation.
As of this version, the service offering includes the following services:
- Marameo — AI-powered ad placement in scene photos (image processing)
- Suradil — Intelligent image scaling with edge extension (image processing)
- Avirach — Current weather data and forecasts with H3 geocaching (data retrieval)
The provider is entitled to expand, restrict, or discontinue individual services at any time. In the event of restrictions or discontinuation of services, the customer will be notified with reasonable notice, but no less than 30 days in advance.
2. Pricing and Billing
The current prices for credit packages and the credit consumption of individual services are available on the provider's website and in the technical documentation. All prices are net plus applicable value-added tax.
The purchase of credits is processed through Stripe (Link) acting as the Merchant of Record. Stripe acts as the seller towards the customer and assumes responsibility for calculating and remitting all applicable taxes. On the customer's bank statement, the payee will appear as "LINK.COM*" or "Stripe". Invoices and payment receipts are available through the customer portal in the dashboard.
Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase. The customer will be notified of upcoming expiration dates in the dashboard.
The provider is entitled to adjust prices with 30 days' notice. Already purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
3. Usage Restrictions
The API services are subject to usage restrictions (rate limits) as described in the technical documentation. The provider is entitled to adjust these restrictions at any time to ensure fair usage for all customers.
Requests that exceed the usage restrictions will be rejected. No credit consumption occurs for rejected requests.
4. Availability
The provider strives for high availability of the services. A specific availability level is not guaranteed. The provider is entitled to temporarily restrict services for maintenance work. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
The availability of individual services may depend on the availability of third parties. The provider is not liable for outages or restrictions caused by third parties.
5. Documentation and Support
The provider makes technical documentation available on the website. Support inquiries can be directed to the provider by email. There is no entitlement to specific response times.
6. Amendments
The provider is entitled to amend this service description at any time. In the event of material changes, the customer will be notified with reasonable notice. The current version is available on the provider's website.
