dbpg Centra is exclusively intended for business customers (B2B). Consumer withdrawal rights under EU distance selling regulations do not apply. Credits are purchased in advance, are available for use immediately, and constitute digital goods. Purchased credit balances are generally non-refundable. If dbpg demonstrably failed to deliver a service or a technical error on our side resulted in an unjustified credit deduction, you may request a review.
The purchase of credits is processed through Stripe (Link) acting as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled exclusively through Stripe. In the event of a refund, the corresponding credit amount is automatically deducted from the balance. Payment disputes (chargebacks) are managed by Stripe as the Merchant of Record.
